My Coaching Philosophy

Exploring the true nature of human emotion and expression has been my life's work. What I've come to know as truth is expression is the key to living a fulfilled life and when people don't have the skill set and practice, they struggle. I've lived life on the edges, in extraordinary environments, working with and learning from some of the world's top teachers, coaches and leaders.

My mission is to create whole, integrated human beings who aren't afraid of all the energy inside them. Rather, they come to understand that all the parts of them have value and are necessary for living their best life.

How We Work

We work together one-on-one for between 1 and 3 months.Your coaching package will be highly personalized to your specific goals and desires. Coaching is done face-to-face or via Zoom.

Your Investment

My clients invest from $5,000 to $30,000 to work with me.

More importantly, they invest their time, their energy and their full openness to growing in all areas of their lives.

My coaching is not for everyone.
