Powerful Coaching to Unleash your Authentic Voice

Do you have a part of yourself that loves risk and a part that craves security?

Or a part that loves people and another that just wants to rip them apart?!

How about a part that wants to make a difference in the world and a part that just wants to curl up in bed and eat chocolate?

You're Not Alone.

The human experience is made up of multiple parts. This keeps us safe and also makes life a little complicated, right?

I'm mixed race—with an African American dad, who grew up in the segregated South and an Irish American mother, from upstate New York.

I know more than most the impact of holding multiple perspectives, intentions and desires, all at the very same time.

I spent years secretly wanting to be a performer. On the outside I was studying a degree in Applied Mathematics and working in logistics at a massive corporation.  On the inside, life was crushing me.

One day, I walked out of my “safe” job and I began singing in cafes and bars, for tips. Everyone thought I was crazy... (Like many African Americans, my dad sees education as the sure path to success. “You don't walk away from a good job...” I told him I wasn't happy. He said, 'What's happiness have to do with anything?!'

A decade later, I've released 3 albums. I've performed in over a dozen countries. I've won the Producers Award at The Hollywood Fringe Festival, for my one person show. I'm a member of The Association of Transformational Leaders, founded by Jack Canfield. And I've even sung for Quincy Jones, at his lifetime achievement award.

I'm a transformational entertainer. I'm an award-winning jazz singer and a playwright. I'm a diversity consultant. I'm a leadership coach with a Master's degree in Spiritual Psychology. And I'm a mother, raising two young boys and two young businesses.

For the past 20 years, I've been on a mission to help people integrate all the parts of themselves.

When I received the diagnosis of a desmoid tumor, a few years ago, I decided that I was DONE with hiding and playing small. I decided I could no longer protect others at my own expense. I was ready to speak my own true, authentic voice.

I use truth-telling, creativity and humor to wake people up. I help people move from a life in black and white, to living life in full color. And I help women find their voice. And their power.
